Hello, I am a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband. I am a mother of two beautiful children, ages 5 and 3. My husband and I both work full-time and go to school. I am here to refind my spark and gain a healthier me while trying to balance it all.

My Goals:
To live a healthier more active life with my beloved husband, kids, and friends.

To learn how to better balance my work, home, school life, and still find time to focus on me any my health.

Control my emotional/stress eating and keep my workout routine going.

My Program:
*Track my food at least 5 days a week

*Eat 5+ Fruits/Veggies at least 5 days a week

*Drink at least 96 ozs of water a day

*Limit processed foods

*Prepare my lunches for the week each Sunday

*Strength Training at least 3 days a week

*Go to gym during lunch at least 3 days a week for Cardio

*Run a 5K around my neighborhood each Saturday morning

*3000+ steps a day just at work (I have a desk job, I have a pedometer that I wear just while I am at work. I aim to walk at least 3000 steps between 7 am and 4pm)

First 5k: Bunker Stampede 9/11/10, walked pushing double stroller 54 min

Second 5k: Bunker Stampede 9/10/11, ran pushing double stroller 43 min

HI Bridgette !! WOOHOO WHAT A TIME we are having on the chal huh??? WOWZERS !!

PLZ DO NOT WORRY about may be not making the 5% weight loss. You have been thru SO MUCH lately !!! It's NATURAL For our eating habits to go OUT the window,,,,, than maybe the next time around we go thru such,, we can make some changes. Its ALWAYS a learning experience,, goodness knows I've MISSED IT !!!! So well hon, PLZ DO NOT Be discouraged !! u've learned,, as I did from when I didn't make it,, you SHALL BE FINE ! NO DOUBT !!

Life SERIOUSLY NEEDS to give YOU A BREAK !!!!

Hon, I'll be asking next week,, who wants to stay on thru the break with us,, and also to sign up as a Dawggie for the next chal (Fall) I SINCERELY HOPE YOU DO BOTH !! the inbetween we drop down the challenges so that if you do not do them,,it does NOT matter,, this is our RECOVER time,, but it ALSO keeps us Accountable.

Hon, PLZ Take K ah (LOL THat's CARE in Mainah (Mainer) Language. LOL Cute huh? We are a funny breed,,, in NOT using our "R"s. :)

DO NOT feel at ALL Bad about not doing any exercising !!!! This is a part of life,,, when we do NOT feel well,,, we simply HAVE TO STOP and take K-ah of ourselves. THis is a MUST !! This is what makes SPARKS Different from a "diet" where they say at times,, YOU SHOULD, when you SHOULD NOT Do this. I am SO PROUD of you for writing to us to let us know where it is ur at hon. So we will have you back with us ONLY when U are well enough to be hon. THese past 2 weeks,, since my surg ,,, I've ALSO been NOT doing ANYTHING for some days,,, and very low than I am normally,,,for it just HURTS to much.

We'll see ya latah hon. WE K AH about you. :) as you can tell.
