HI IM DAN. IM 5'11 AND WHEN I STARTED SPARKPEOPLE I WEIGHED 15 STONE 6LB. I HAVE NOW REACHED 14 STONE (04/01/08). I USED TO BE A LARGE CHILD, I WEIGHED 17 AND A HALF STONE AT AGED 15! I HAD TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. MY LIFE CHANGED IN THE SPACE OF 6 MONTHS. I MANAGED TO GET TO A HEALTHY 10 STONE 8 LB AFTER JUST 6 MONTHS! BUT THEN GOT A GIRLFRIEND, GOT LAZY, AND INEVITABELY PUT WEIGHT ON. I THEN GOT TO THE STAGE WHERE I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. AND HEY PRESTO, SPARKPEOPLE...... ...

UPDATE: I STARTED TO GAIN MUSCLE WEIGHT AS OF MARCH 2009, I HAVE NOW GOT TO 196LB!! I KNOW IT IS A BIT TOO FAST. I AM NOW CURRENTLY ON A 3 MONTH CUT, TO HOPEFULLY GET BACK TO ABOUT 185LB. LETS GO... After 5 months away from spark people, i have come back... spark people has helped me a lot and i will use the tools to keep me motivated... My goal is to strip away around 7-8lb of unwanted winter fat and tone-up in time for summer 2010!! :) GOALS 04/01/08 - 196lb 11/06/08 - 180LB MET 09/07/08 - 175LB MET 13/08/08 - 170 not met WENT ON HOLIDAY! LET MYSELF GO A BIT. 15/10/08 - 175LB MET 19/01/09 - 170LB MET NOW GAINING MUSCLE WEIGHT 01/05/09 - 190LB MET 01/06/09 - 196LB MET START CUTTING NEW GOAL - 01/07/09 - 192LB 01/08/09 - 188LB 01/09/09 - 184LB 03/09/09 - HOLIDAY! 2010 - Maintained After pulling a muscle in my neck in June 2010, i was forced to quit the gym and could not perform any 'gym related' exercises for 6 months almost. I returned in December 2010 and was raring to go. Now 2011 is here, im back, stronger and more determined than ever. Starting weight: 1st Jan 2011 - 187lb Next goal weight: 184lb - Done - 15th Jan Next goal weight: 182lb - Done - 31st Jan next Goal weight: 180lb - 15th Feb 5k Run on 1st Jan - 32 mins 28 secs 5k Run 28th Jan - 26 mins 40 secs 5k Run 10th Feb - ??? 10k Run - 25th Jan - 58 mins 29 secs 10k Run - 24th Feb - ???
