There may be days
when you get up in the morning

you had hoped they would be.
That's when you have to
tell yourself that things will get better.

Constantly keep yourself headed
in the right directions for you.
It may not be easy at times,
but in those times of struggle
you will find a stronger sense of who you are,
and you will also see yourself
developing into the person
you have always wanted to be.

Life is a journey through time,
filled with many choices;
each of us will experience life
in our own special way.

So when the days come that are filled
with frustration and unexpected responsibilities,
remember to believe in yourself
and all you want your life to be,
because the challenges and changes
will only help you to find the dreams
that you know are meant to come true for you.

My Goals:
1.To lose weight
2. To lower BMI
3. Improve cholesterol


My Program:
1. At least 8 glasses water daily
2. Get in cardio & strength exercise, as much as I can.
3. Watch amount of food intake.
4. Limit soda!
5. Take "me" time, so that I'm not so run down that I can't enjoy what is around me.
6. Increase devotional/prayer time.

Personal Information:
Own and raise cattle. Stay extremely busy.
Love to read when I have the opportunity. More so during the fall/winter season. Love flower & veggie gardening. Also, enjoy riding horses & go 4-wheeling. My family & church mean everything to me.



Other Information:
I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.
