See a bigger difference in the organizational/de-cluttering of my home.

Take more time for myself, and not feel guilty.

My Program:
*Exercise daily in some fashion
*Strength training three times a week
* Aim for 8 glasses water daily
*Eat at least five servings of Fruit and/or Vegetables each day
