My name is Tara. I am by no means a big girl, but I am stuck in a body that oh so desperately once to be big. I work hard to keep my body the way it is. I teach several aerobics classes and I am currently training for my 6th half marathon. I have had a love affair with running since I was 15 and it has been a roller coaster romance ever since. My Program:
Sunday - Long Run Monday - Aerobics (Cardio Fusion or Intervals) Leg workout Tuesday - 3-4 miles in the morning and interval training in the evening. Arm workout Wednesday - Aerobics (Pilates or Kickboxing) Leg workout Thursday - 3-4 miles in the morning. Arm workout Friday - Rest or walk Saturday - Rest or walk

I am from Southeast Missouri! I just got married this past July and just graduated from college in August. I just finished my 6th Half Marathon in2:02!
