Hey everyone!
My name is Sophie or [Safinaz - but im guessing Sophie is easier :P ],i'm 21 and i have a great passion for life which sadly isn't really reflected by my body at the moment!!
I've always been happy with my body,even tho i don't think i've ever been skinny,always been chubby [ i personally prefer the term "curvy" ]...i love my curves BUT i recently found out that my body fat is pretty high [25-30%] *GASP!*
Anywho..my general goal really is to overall tone my ...

My Goals:
1) Lose 44-55 pounds.

2) Tone and strengthen my body.



My Program:
I'm still learning about this,im generally against harsh diets,so what im gonna do as a start is eat smaller portions.

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.

Exercise regularly [ 3 days cardio - 3 days strength training ]
