Hi, Im Shy
My Long term goal is to lose over 100 pounds and become more healthy and No longer have back pain,
My short term goal is to start and succeed in my new 100 day challenge. I want to get more fit and lose weight.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds by June 2015.
Feel much better about myself and live a long and healthy life with my husband and kids.

My short term goal is to start and succeed with my new 100 day challenge. 100 days to a better me. Also to try my best everyday and make the best of each day with healthy eating and exercising, Getting myself and my kids fit and active everyday.


My Program:
I am doing as much as I can manage, I will never give up there is to much to lose.....
I am doing my best to eat healthier and exercise at least 4 times a week if not more. Drink plenty of water and try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.



Personal Information:
I am Married with four wonderful kids, They are my life so I want to be healthier for them and myself.
