To be more healthy and be here longer for my 4 amazing kids.

My short trem goal is to lose 30 pounds by the end of July 2014....


My Program:
I am doing as much as I can manage, I will never give up there is to much to lose.....
Also to walk at least 5 times a week and get more sleep

I am Married with four wonderful kids, They are my life so I want to be healthier for them and myself.
