I decided to loose weight when I was suffering from heel pain and my mobility was being affected. I was scared I would hurt myself and never be able to recover from it, at 323lbs this was a real possibility!

I met my original goal of 140lbs in 2010. A loss of 183lbs. My current goal is to get back to 160lbs.

I am still here after re-gaining a significant amount of my losses during pregnancy and post-natal depression. This is something people need to open up and talk about more. My depression left my only caring about the small human entirely dependant on me (literally as I exclusively breast fed for 6 months, and continued until she was 2.6 years old). I didn't care much about myself at all.

Weight loss for anybody or reason other than your own reasons doesn't work. You have to want it yourself.

Thats why I set myself very small weight loss goals, never looked at the 'big' picture as it didnt seem achievable. In doing this, remaining positive in meeting these small goals, they all added up into something much bigger and better.

I cannot deny its been hard, I cannot deny its got me down sometimes, but I also cannot deny its worth it.
Its worth being surprised by yourself at finding a motivation you never believed you would have.

you are right of course (should i say it again? do you love how it sounds? lol!) you are right!! it really only matters that i put in the hours, however there is a very small percentage of a chance i will be needed for an immediate change which directly impacts the route i can take so home is never too far away...but a few days a week...maybe i can manage it!

OK, so I don't need 'Dry Roasted Peanuts' exactly - I'll probably use them now I've got them, but will try it another time with regular roasted peanuts. I didn't mean I'd use raw peanuts - they wouldn't taste right! I just wondered about the 'Dry Roasted' - I got a bag of KP Dry Roasted Peanuts. What kind/brand of peanuts did you use?

I've got my ingredients for the cashew-mushroom thingy - but the Dry Roasted Peanuts only come with MSG on them. Did you find Dry Roasted Peanuts without MSG? How important is it to have them - could I used regular roasted peanuts?
