Fit for summer personal challenge!

Hi!

My goal is to slim down for summer in a healthy way. I have

My program is very basic:
- Eat between 1200-1600 HEALTHY calories every day;
- Drink more water;
- Intense cardio 3-4 times a week;
- Strenght training 3 times a week.

I have until june 30th to achieve my personal goal of finding my happy weight (which I think is between 135-140).

Getting back to the gym after an injury!

Gym: 4-5 times a week




Personal Information:

I've been in a constant battle with my body for about 10 years now.
I'm 5'6 and the heaviest I've ever been is 220 pounds. I lost 90 pounds doing Atkins a few years back. After 4 years on Atkins, I switched to WW to be healthier. Unfortunately, I gained 20 pounds and lost money.

I want to lose weight. But the most important thing for me is to learn to love and respect my body, even if that means I have to weight a little more than I would like. I want to be healthy physically and emotionally.

Week 1 (Feb.5) : 153
Week 2 (Feb.12) : 151.8
Week 3 (Feb.19) : 150.0
