I've always had problems maintaining my ideal weight. I've never been excessively overweight, but I feel that we should all be taking care of ourselves. It's not ideal for all of us to be "model-thin", our bodies are all different. But we should all be comfortable in our own skin.

My Goals:
It's time I've lost a little weight. My clothes seem to be a little too snug, and it's uncomfortable. I could just buy new ones, but then I'm just being okay with the fact that I'm not my ideal weight, or the weight that I should be at.
My Program:
I walk 3-5 miles when the weather permits, I swim a few times a week, and do light-medium cardio.
Personal Information:
Although I live right outside of Chicago, I'm a HUGE Detroit Red Wings fan! And I love The Beatles!
