Welcome to No S! It has been the most fun four+ years I've had in terms of eating since I was 18! I hope you'll let our few-but-strong members help shepherd you through the process. Since it often doesn't start off with weight loss, people can need some handholding until they get to the point at which it becomes much easier to keep limiting food. This can be weeks or months. (Most diets don't lead to people feeling that they want to permanently eat less. No S has a much better chance at that because you step down to less eating rather than jump off a cliff!)
