Haven't heard from you in awhile and wanted to stop by and see how your Summer was going.
I picked up a Pilates Reformer for home use and can't wait to start using it. I'm changing my workouts to reflect more core training using yoga/pilates & barre training. I need a break from the high impact, high intensity stuff for a few weeks.
I once did a 5K that wasn't a trail, but it was kind of out in the sticks = high mosquito concentration.
I doused myself in repellent and ran the race.
Right after, I stepped off the main area (SLIGHTLY) nearer some trees/greenery to stretch. All my repellent must've sweated off in the 30 minutes, because I got bitten head to toe in 15 seconds flat. 1912 days ago
I keep getting chiropractic, and my neck feels better afterwards, but each time I wash my hair it flares up again. Shoulder is better, but the chiropractor says to "not let it crack" and that is OK, but until when? Will that ever go away? Thinking of getting a 2nd opinion. 1919 days ago
