Cheaper than Therapy

Trying to nurture hope in a very difficult season of life. My current anti-depressant is running lots of miles.

Hebrews 12: 1
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

I know what you mean abou the Summer schedule hindering your workouts. I've had to change things around a bit since I just don't have the time I used to so I squeeze in what I can.

Haven't heard from you in awhile and wanted to stop by and see how your Summer was going.

I picked up a Pilates Reformer for home use and can't wait to start using it. I'm changing my workouts to reflect more core training using yoga/pilates & barre training. I need a break from the high impact, high intensity stuff for a few weeks.
