as far as meal planning- not much help yet from my meeting. She did talk about always having a snack in your car and in your purse, and making sure to get protein with a complex carb....but no other specifics. This weeks topic was weekends- and how to stay on plan during those. The suggestion I came away with is to drink more water....will help me eat less. I am hoping for more menu help as I get closer to using their points system and counting daily points. Right now, I am still eating off the power foods list and do not need to track quantities. 976 days ago
I know it sounds crazy but I actually like the Atkins diet, so I am going to try to stick to induction until my next weigh in...small steps! I can't wait to hear how you are doing on your new plan.
