Ashley's Challenge!
I have been a habitual dieter for years, but never really made it stick. Recently my boyfriend of four years, went to have his blood work done for his physical and it revealed high triglycerides. I volunteered to plan a low fat, low cal, low carb, low sugar diet for him, and participate to help motivate him. I am on a mission to get him healthy and reap the weight loss benefits for myself!

My goal is to lose weight and feel great about myself.
My Program:
I am doing a low cal, low car, low sugar, low fat diet, and no sugar substitutes. I am motivation for my boyfriend to keep on the same diet and get his triglycerides down. We now have a bet, and whoever loses the most weight by his next blood draw wins. The prize is $1,000 to do with what they will!
