OOOOF! Too bad I did Booty Camp yesterday and have that DOMS thing going, because I just did 3 sets of 12 squats, 3 sets of 12 hammer curls, 3 sets of 12 regular bicep curls and 3 sets of tricep extensions--all with a sore tail! Strength training today courtesy of the Emerald Gems!
