I've been over weight my WHOLE life, I remember Mum buying me boys shorts when in primary school because the girls ones didn't accommodate my belly. She tried to make it seem like a cool thing but it wasn't, I hated myself and I really wish someone had stepped in to help, instead here I am, turning 33 next month, and I weigh a weight that I never thought i'd get to, and wear a pants size that once upon a time I wondered why it existed (I was oblivious obviously to the need for it). Anyway ...

She tried to make it seem like a cool thing but it wasn't, I hated myself and I really wish someone had stepped in to help, instead here I am, turning 33 next month, and I weigh a weight that I never thought i'd get to, and wear a pants size that once upon a time I wondered why it existed (I was oblivious obviously to the need for it). Anyway that's changing now because I've had enough. I've got a diabetic husband and a child who asks for chips (rarely eats them) and I need to make the changes I want to see in them too. My mind is changing and I'm making one small step at a time.

Current Status:
-ADRIENNE- is starting turbo fire again but only twice per week, so the 20wk challenge will take 60wks with elliptical on work days.

*I do turbo fire, cross trainer/elliptical, and yard work. I generally just try to be more active.

*Intermittent fasting 4:3 with 16:8 on days where I eat.

Personal Information:
I am going to do this for health and happiness and just to feel good and look sexy to myself, my husband and complete strangers. I miss the days of being oggled for the right reasons.

I'm a lot better now, but I keep anticipating what the cars next to me.are going to do when I'm driving. I sat in the parking lot for almost 3 hrs.

Hi Adrienne! Yes this is super exciting for everyone, and will make my life so much easier. Yes the whole calorie counting, weighing and measuring is apparently the way to go for me! It is a little bit of work but so worth it!

Same here love, a rather rough 12 months, moved twice across the country each time, job issues, I'm pretty much back where I started weightwise, but I have to push through. I've heard great thing about Paleo, keep it up emoticon
