Taking it one week at a time

My goal is to reach double digits (92kg) before the time I'm 36 years old. The maths is to lose 640g per week until then and I'll acheive my goal. I'm tracking the old fashioned way by weighing once per week and then writing it in a diary. I'm going to focus for a long time, and as long as I lose I'm happy, taking it one week, one day, one meal, at a time.

Also to have the energy to keep up with my daughter, and any future children I may have.

Personal Information:
I am going to do this for health and happiness and just to feel good and look sexy to myself, my husband and complete strangers. I miss the days of being oggled for the right reasons.

Thanks for the comments on my spark blog. I like your goals for February! I thought about adding sleep... but I really don't know how to STAY asleep most nights! The water goal will be easy... if I remember it... and the fasting won't be a problem. It's the eating days I need to worry about! Good luck to you, Adrienne. Glad to know I am not the only one with this problem. He likes apples, granola bars, carrot sticks. BUT he wont eat an apple unless I offer to do all the prep work and get it cut for him, he wont just reach for carrot sticks unless I mention it to him. The granola bars he is under the assumption that they should fill him up... which obviously they don't especially if you BELIEVE they don't. They are made to tide you over not to be a meal. He doesn't eat in the morning and so only eats what he packs for lunch and what ever later at home... Which is where the problem is as he has found all my hiding spots and has little control. I wish he would fill up on dinner which would help. He is just lazy!! lol

Maybe between the two of us ladies we can figure something out!

Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I am just really uncomfortable in my skin and I don't want to be on my wedding. I know a smaller dress isn't going to change his love for me but it will help my confidence. It also helps with the motivation to get stuff done. if even for a short time.
