I want to be me....just a smaller version!

**June 2011**
Well, as you can see, I'm nowhere near where I hoped to be by now. But since there is no sense in dwelling on what might have been, I'm concentrating on going forward!

First goal is 180 by my friend's wedding on July 30th!

**January 2011**
I am starting out this year 20 lbs less than where I was January of 2010. Yay!

2010:
This was the year I started a diet plan, actually stuck with it, and saw results! I participated in Scale Back Alabama, and lost 18 lbs during the 10-week challenge. I did this by following a 1200 calorie diet and walking 3 miles a day. After the challenge was over, I started C25K and lost a total of 25 lbs! Then, football season and the holidays slowed my exercise and put 5 lbs back on me :(
