My Goals:

- have the energy to fully enjoy the rest of my life.
My Program:
I try to make the best possible choices as occassions arise. Making the right choice at the moment seems to be more effective than a lifetime of planning.
My exercise consists of water aerobics at least 3 times a week.
Personal Information:
Thirty odd years ago I was left with three children ages 1,2, and 5. Raising them and working full time was a challenge. I looked forward to the day that my life could be more about me, and my time could be spent having fun.
The kids are grown and have turned out well. We are a good close family. I am retired and finally have the time to fully enjoy life.
Bring it on!

I live in Louisville, KY.
Mental, physical, and spiritual growth and balance are important to me.
I have been inspired and enlightened by the people I've encountered on Sparks and look forward to developing friendships.
