Babble babble, blah blah blah...I've written this too many times.

Started losing weight at my known peak of 254... probably safe to say I was 260, but I ate minimally for a few days before I dared to step on the scale to get that 254.

I want to be under 200 by May 2010. That's all I really want at this point.

My Goals:
I just want to be fit. My goal of 165 lbs is still overweight, but I don't mind as long as I'm fit and can be active and not out of breath after two seconds of rigerous activity.

Once I get back to 228 (my first 10% goal last summer, that I reached) I'll continue the 10% rule down to the 165.

My Program:
Consume 1300-1800 calories a day depending on activity level. Also tracking my sodium to not consume over 2300 mg daily. Drinking at least 96 oz of water daily.

Started doing C25K program week of 8/11/08

Hey again, I know you have tried the low carb thing a couple of times so have I and it is just unreasonable for me. I like to many things that are off limits. I just read a book on the zone and it makes far more sense to me and seems to be easier to follow because nothing is off limits. I started with the book a week in the zone, and then started finding more stuff on it. I think you would like this program. I know you can do it! emoticon
