THIS IS MY LIFE !! I WANT TO BE ABLE TO LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST !! I HAVE STARTED & RESTATED THIS JOURNEY 100+ TIMES OVER THE LAST 25 YEARS BUT NOW I'M AT A PLACE IN MY LIFE WHERE I " HAVE " TO DO THIS FOR MYSELF. My Goals:
I have decided to make a fresh start ! I have revised my goals & reset my weight ticker to my weigh in for New Years . I am making a year long plan for weight loss . In 2009 i plan to lose 2-3 pounds per week . I will use the SP diet , drink lots of water & work out at gym 3 times a week . 1st goal - 15 lbs by Feb 14 LOST 13.4 2nd goal -30 lbs by Apr 1 3rd goal - 45 lbs by May 10 4th goal - 60 lbs by Jun 18 [my bday] 5th goal- 75 lbs by Jul 31 6th goal - 85 lbs by Aug 28 [ our 10th anniversary ] 7th goal -100 lbs by Oct 10 8th goal-115 lbs by Nov 20 9th goal -130lbs by Dec 31 JAN 09 -10lbs gone!! Personal Information:
I am 43 , married with 3 grown children & 2 kids in law. We live in a small town in rural MS. I own & operate a small in home daycare. I have worked in childcare forever!!
Other Information:
I love church , reading , drawing or painting & kids!!!
