hoping for a change

HI I am a mom of 3 that realized that if I don't make some changes and start taking care of myself that I would get lose myself. You know how it goes.... you make sure the laundry is done, and your kids have new school shoes. And forget to set time aside for your own well being.

My Program:
I have been trying to loose weight for a long time. On the day that I work I get up early so I can do at least 40" on the elliptical. On my days off I walk my dogs, I aim for at least an hour. This summer has been extremely hot and muggy... I have slipped a little... but I am back on the wagon.

Personal Information:
Hello... My name is Mary, I have been married 15 years now and I have 3 Children ages 24,19 and 12. Right now I am working 2 jobs as umm well it is hard to explain. If you work in a hospital you will know. I am a health unit coodinator. Pretty much it is a sit down job and 12 hour shifts. which makes it hard to fit in exercise on the days I work... but I am trying.

Hi Mary! Thanks for checkin on me. Not feelin "ducky" yet, but on my way. At least I am back to work. $$$ 8 ) Can't believe the scale...it said 228 this a.m. Holy crap!!! Not sure what yr I was in the 220's...no joke! I've been eating, but still Lent' so no snacks and no sugar. What a difference it is making. I'm psyching myself to have "lent" all yr round, with the occasional sweet treat. I think I am FINALLY ready to do this. Have a great week! emoticon emoticon emoticon
