    Hi! My 1/2 marathon training is going well. I did 6 miles on Saturday and my husband even joined me for it. I just wish we didn't have so many big hills where we live! Thanks for asking :) Fortunately I'm gaining lean muscle, unfortunately that means the scale isn't moving. It's frustrating, but I can feel the difference in my body and know it's getting healthier even if the scale is stuck. We CAN do it!

    I'm doing alright. I'm training for a half marathon so that forces me to workout almost every day (2 rest days each week, so I just walk on those days). My eating is going well, but I've learned my body does not tolerate dairy and especially gluten well. I really shouldn't eat them and that is tough on the mental side of things. ... I measure myself on the first of every month and keep the numbers in a little notebook. This really helps when the scale doesn't change much. I'm usually pleasantly surprised when I measure and it's great motivation going into the next month. Maybe try that :)
