My Journey to a healthy lifestyle
Well its a new year, we are now in 2011 and i decided to just erase all the old text and start fresh. Lets make this the best year yet! I am 28 now and my first time on sparks i think was back in 2008 and since then i havent stuck to anything nor have I gotten any closer to my goal weight. Well its a new year, we are now in 2011 and i decided to just erase all the old text and start fresh. Lets make this the best year yet! I am 28 now and my first time on sparks i think was back in 2008 and since then i havent stuck to anything nor have I gotten any closer to my goal weight. At one point i had reached my heaviest at 218 lbs i think that was in '09 and am currently sitting at 201.8 as of December 27th 2010. This year i plan to become a healthy mother and wife. I have PCOS and have a higher chance of getting diabetes and do NOT want that for myself or for my family to go threw that with me. I want to be out there and run with my kids and play soccer with them for more then 5 minutes before im winded and to tired to play more. I as they say "am not getting any younger" so i need to stop putting this weight loss off and get to changing my life NOW. This time around i plan to make small goals for myself that are more realistic so i do not become discouraged. I hope by this time next year i will be happier and healthier! Well as always none of my plans worked. I didnt stick to a diet or exercise plan for that matter. Im still considered obese acording to sparks bmi tracker :( However I truley plan to change all that. Oh, I know its all been said before about a million times right? I mean it this time! It is now 2013 im 30 years old and have been exercising and trying to become healthier since august 2012. I was at 202 then and today im happily at 185.2. I have been able to buy some knew close, and that always makes a girl feel better! My wedding ring is loser, I feel happier and have more energy since I have been exercising more. I just ordered turbofire and am anxiously awaiting its arrival so i can get started! Who would have thought id be excited about working out? Not me, ever! But I am starting weight 201.8 goal #1 195 ~190 (12/21/12 im at 187.2) ~185 (2/19/13 im at 185.2, :) close enough) ~180 ~175 ~170 ~165 ~160 ~155 ~150 ~145 ~140 ~135 ~130 ( will be happy with this) ~125 ~FINALLY GOAL WEIGHT 120 :)

My Program:
right now i just do what ever kind of exercise i feel like doing that day. sometimes it will be jogging on the treadmill, pilates or zumba just depends on what im in the mood for. i try to get in at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour.
Personal Information:
I am from Oregon and have been here since i was 10. Its ok but someday id like to live somewhere else for a few years. I have been married for 10 years now and we have two children.I am a stay at home mother.
