No excuses!!!

I have been obsessed with weight for as long as I can remember. I was always the chubby kid, then in high school at about 170 lbs (I am only 5'3) I thought of myself as completely fat and disgusting. I would always think "Ugh, I am so fat" but would never do anything about it.

My weight has just always crept up higher and higher. I have been at about 211lbs for the past couple years. Luckily for me I haven't gone completely overboard to anything more than that, but I know I am not ...

I am pledging to myself that I will start treating myself well and being healthier. I have realized that my biggest problem is mental, and that I need to respect myself before I can change anything.

It's taken me for FREAKING EVER! I am like you, CONSTANTLY stuck between 158 and 155. I just got to 154 last week. I have been on SP for a really long time but have only really gotten active the past 2 months or so. I am finally starting to get into a routine, so hopefully I will be able to start loosing 1-2lbs a week consistantly. Wanna be buddies?
