2010
I was in fantastic shape last summer. Then December came and my whole family works all of the time. (christmas tree farm) I just wanted to eat easy filling food and sit in a chair watching TV when I wasn't working. By January I was back to 143 lbs with no muscle tone. We are going to Disney World with my husband's family in June and I want to be the best looking one there. So I have challenged myself from Februray 20 to June 20, 120 days. My rewards are for consistency, not pounds lost. I will work out in the mornings and track my food on weekdays. I will be back where I was last summer.
2009
Spark people worked for the wedding! I swear there is nothing I have ever experienced like wedding motivation for losing weight. So after the wedding I stopped and generally ate well and was active. In March of 08 I started working for Outward Bound. You would think a job where you take kids on backpacking trips would keep you in shape. Nope, I gained 10 lbs and was over 150. All of the food was carbs, very little fresh fruit and veggies, and we actually backpacked very few miles.
Now I have 'regular' job at the local high school and decided to lose that extra weight. I started Yoga in January and soon upped it to twice a week.
2007-
While I've never been truly overweight, pear shaped plumpness runs in my family. My body is sitting at it's 'lazy weight' of 145. Eating mostly healthy with no exercise. Getting married in June has prompted me to try for a smaller and under 140 lbs. Five pounds, sounds easy right? For me it will be a struggle, I walked from Georgia to Maine (7 months) and came home 148 lbs and about the same size. My boyfriend dropped 30 lbs on the same trip. This time it will be about watching my calories!

I've really fallen in love with yoga. (True spiritual yoga, not the exercise version)

I keep thinking about running - but then remember I hate to run!
