It's frustrating. Food allergies are readily accepted, but food intolerances are pushed to the side. Because so many people claim an "intolerance" when they are really just following a diet trend.

If I could eat gluten, I would. Gluten-free products try their best, but nothing beats the real thing. I'm still working on discovering the various things that trigger digestive pain for me.

Whatever your journey, whatever your path, I wish you success. Losing weight/getting healthy isn't easy, but it's worth it.

My Goals:
My goal is simply to be healthier. Losing the weight is a big motivator to treat my body better.

My Program:
My husband, Aubrey, and I like taking walks together.

We were going to quit the gym for the summer, but I was missing it terribly. There are just too many excuses for me without it. "It's too hot to work out" "I'm tired" etc. But once I'm at the gym; I'm there. All excuses must fade away because I'm paying for it darn it! I have to get my money's worth! Luckily another gym was running a deal so now we're back at the gym and it's not costing as much as before.

We also both enjoy yoga, pilates, and tennis.

Thank you...so far so good, I lost another 4 pounds and 4 inches this past week which makes my totals 10 pounds and 14.75 inches lost...If I can stay on this track I will reach my goal in no time. I know there will be set backs and plateaus but I am ready to conquer them. ;-) Hope you had a blessed weekend! Take care!

oh yeah.. shaping up nicely lol.... spend 6 mornings a week at the gym..and it ishowing at this gym... they have great casses awesome teachers lol.... might be changing gyms when i head back to NC i hit the wall with them.... i had not lost a thing from november till i came here.. and i did as many classes back in NC and i do here... so the quality s way better here lol... not like i am giving any more or less.... the intensity of the classes are different... the muscles i am getting is awesome.. starting to see the old me again :).. keep it up i am here to cheeer you on when you are feeling like you dont wanna... keep stopping by I love chatting with you :) hugs :)
