Losing weight has never been my strong suit...It's not the working out that bothers me, I can work out like crazy. But, I have major problems controlling my eating. Especially since I now prepare all the meals for my family, I find myself almost constantly thinking about food making it hard to not eat it. I am trying SO hard to overcome this eating crazy obsession!!

My Goals:
I'm trying to lose weight to get back in shape after 2 babies, but I want to take it a step further and be in the best shape of my life. I have one year left in my 20's and I want that HOT body before I turn 30. Most of my 20's I enjoyed, which left me less than fit, but I'd like just once to have that fitness chick body

My Program:
1 hr of group fitness classes/6 days.

30 minutes of weight training a day/5 days.

Run 3 miles/5 days.

Run 14.5 miles/2 day.

I'm trying to be strict on my diet until I reach my weight goal. Everything says to NOT do this but it is easier for me to say the initial no to my weaknesses. Once I get a taste I'm like a rabid animal - I can't stop till it's GONE!!
