However, my fitness has improved vastly and although I am back to my start weight again, I am far fitter and healthier. In July 2008 I ran my first 5K and in April 2009, I ran my first 10K. am currently training for a 20 mile cross-terrain race in March 2010. My current goal is to get toned and fit for Christmas and to run 10miles by the new year (preferably involving a 10mile race). I would like to slim down too, but the fitness is most important to me.

Short term goal: 146 pounds
My Program:
1200-1550 calories a day, high protein and fibre. Karate-2 sessions a week Swim-once a week Run-3 times a week Horse riding-every other week Strength train: 3 times a week
Personal Information:
I am an assistant psychologist and work 9-5 during the week. I do karate and am 2belts away from black. My main vice is diet coke, but I am trying to give up
Other Information:
I love the outdoors, where you can be a big kid. I hope to somehow harness that energy to get myself fit.
