This winter (2010/2011) was the first one I consistently kept running through the season. I started a group on facebook "Running Penguins" where we would post running events so we could keep each other accountable and out in the snow!





Visiting my sister in the UK and signed up for a 5k. So much nicer to run a race in the UK than in Lithuania. In Lithuania, the land where noone does anything unless they can do it professionally - I am always in the last pack. And in the UK I am a mid-packer - what an amazing feeling after always being "the worst" (-:

I am just start to run again after being sidelined with a peroneal tendon tears in my left foot and surgery in January to correct the tears. I am currently working back to C25K I will be on week 5 this next week. I will be hopefully running a half in Feb of 2011.

Yes I went 15k last Sunday :) and I felt tired on Monday, but OK on Tuesday :)

I am thinking of going 10k this weekend or 16.5 can't decide hehehe :)

I am not lifting any weights but I cycle to and from work as often as I can. I should lift something but somehow I never do!!!
