Restarting my future!!

I have recently started my own business....I am excited and can't wait to see what the future holds for me!
I am now over 5 years thriving after breast cancer. I am healthy, happy and grateful!
I purchased my Spark activity monitor and I wear it everyday. Since I have a desk job primarily, my dog's get me out at night to walk!
I am also a Munzeer! If you don't know what that is...please ask!! It's pretty cool and a fun way to have fun outside!

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
