Congrats on the 5 milers. Did you enjoy them?
I signed up for my third half marathon on June 16th. I am following a 10 week training plan that is supposed to guarantee me a sub 2 hour time. It starts on April 6th. In the meantime I have been running whenever I can, which isn't enough. I've had some issues with my neck and shoulders which I think I've straightened out. I am really needing to focus on my diet, too. I have been eating a lot of crap lately. Just been in that frame of mind and it really needs to change.

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your comment. We must be on the same page because it took everything in me to get up today. And that's it. I feel like a piece of playdoh. Can't quite put my finger on the problem but I hope it passes soon. Did you get another run in?
