I've lost and gained so many times I can't even remember them all. The most recent was a loss of 92 pounds--and a regain of 60. I blinded myself to the truth that I was gaining again UNTIL 1. I can't fit into my jeans anymore 2. I went to McDonald's with one of my kids and almost didn't fit in the booth 3. Got back my son's wedding pictures and I am as big as 2 people stapled together. I measured. So. It begins. Again. And since I'm 50 years old now I'd really like to ...
