Yve Webb

I'm 32 years old and I like kick boxing, hiking, eating healthy and being outdoors.
You would think that I would have no trouble staying fit but I also have no will power. When I see my boyfriend eating a half-gallon of ice cream at one sitting, I tend to eat more than I should.
I have lived healthy before and I am trying to get back to it.

Yeah, I'm back. I gained back like 10 pounds but still, I've been holding steady for several months at this weight, so at least I've been unconsciously maintaining and not gaining!

Woot! Thanks for the goodie Yve! I needed some "new exercise clothes" since mine are getting baggy!

I just read your fabulous comment on my blog. THANK YOU! I love the exchange of no exercise for no overeating. That's a keeper, for sure!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I have the same problem not throwing away food. I just need to keep telling myself, food is fuel, food is fuel and nothing more. Congratulations on your progress so far -- keep up the good work!!! emoticon
