My Goals:
Physically to become healthier by eating right, exercising and learning how to keep the weight off.
Mentally to have the right frame of mind that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change, something I can do for the rest of my life.

To continue improving my choices of healthier food, and incorporating the right kinds of exercise to help me become a more fit person.
Personal Information:
I am from Michigan, am happily married. I have four children, one boy and 3 girls and 9 grand children and 3 great granddaughters and a great grandson. Have 7 grand doggies.
Other Information:
Like reading, listening to light jazz, and watching movies with my husband. I also enjoy rubber stamping, crocheting and cross stitching.
