I love nature and am constantly on a journey to deepen my overall health and spirituality. I grew up dancing and fenced NCAA in college. This branched out to weight lifting, yoga, boxing, and running while on the paleo diet. Unfortunately, running left me with a bum knee and I've had a few months of bed rest. While I'm not totally better yet, I'm determined to continue working out and enjoying life! I love cooking and eating, reading fantasy books, looking at art, learning about different cultures and traveling, and doing yoga, hip hop, belly dancing, and ballet. I'm trying to get better at prayer and meditation. I am watching my food and daily exercise for my health, and am lucky to be surrounded by friends and family who are very supportive and like-minded!
I'd like to get rid of as much excess fat as I can to have a healthy body fat %, shed some pounds to have a healthy weight for my height, fit into my old clothes, and continually become a more whole, healthy, positive, loving person!
I am trying to cook and eat healthy and delicious food, meditate and exercise daily, do physical therapy for my knee, utilize cardio daily and strength exercises a few times a week or when I can, try different exercises, spend some time in nature, journaling, and telling my friends and family about my goals.
