I have had problems with my weight all of my life and as of right now I am 20 years old an dieing a slow death from being over weight. I want to change my life and I have decided that in order to do that I have to make some changes that are only for the better. No more junk food, no more soda, no more unnecessary added sugars that I really do not need. I'm sick of talking about it and annoying everone around me because that's all I do is talk about this change I have never put forth effort to actually make the change. So here I am giving in to make this change for the better all I ask from my family and friends is that you back me up and support me because I need it. Thanks everyone for listening.

My Goals:
from 269 to 176. this is going to take some time but i will reach this goal.

with in 6 months which is 08/21/2011 i wanna loose half of my goal which is about 54.5 ibs.

This would be the best thing i could ever do.

I really wanna loose some inches on my thighs, and stomach.

My Program:
going to the gym everyday and eating right.

work with a trainer once a week

i like the show heavy a lot because it is a big inspiration. i think that if they can do it then so can i.

I'm doing great! How are you?

I got hired to work at the new Walmart in Tumwater in the Money Center. I think I will like that a lot better! I start training this week but the store won't open until July 20th.

I don't have dogs but I do have cats. In fact one of our cats just had 3 kittens - want one? emoticon

I would love to get together sometime. I have been thinking about finding a 5 K to do sometime soon. I am going to try and do 5 K at the gym today on the elliptical. It shouldn't be hard I did 2.75 miles on Wed.

I am doing great! How are you doing? I went to Arizona for a week but I'm back now. I'd love to get together sometime if you want. I am wanting to find a Zumba class - have you done that at all?
