My typical day, Monday through Friday, goes like this...
4:00 AM wake up
4:15 AM cardio
4:45 AM shower
5:00 AM get the kids' backpack and lunch together
5:10 AM leave for work
7:30 AM Breakfast
10:30 AM Snack
12:00 PM Walk
1:30 PM Lunch
4:00 PM Snack
4:30 PM back home
4:30 PM Cardio
6:00 PM cook dinner and check homework
6:30 PM Dinner
