1. Burn 500+ calories everyday
2. Spend more time playing with my kids.

1. Lose 10 pounds by March 01, 2010
2. Watch portions everyday and Eat 7 servings of fruits and vegetables on Saturdays and Sundays
3. 40 minutes of Cardio 6 days a week

January 01, 2010:
1. Cardio 6 days a week (40 minutes each workout)
2. Clean out the junk from the pantry & fridge, and donate the old clothes and items from the house.
3. Spend 30 minutes with each of my kids. ________________

1. Eat at least 2 healthy meals on Saturday and Sunday
2. Watch portions during the holidays and vacations

My typical day, Monday through Friday, goes like this...
4:00 AM wake up
4:15 AM cardio
4:45 AM shower
5:00 AM get the kids' backpack and lunch together
5:10 AM leave for work
7:30 AM Breakfast
10:30 AM Snack
12:00 PM Walk
1:30 PM Lunch
4:00 PM Snack
4:30 PM back home
4:30 PM Cardio
6:00 PM cook dinner and check homework
6:30 PM Dinner
