My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, which includes stronger and slimmer than I am today. I want to be able to play with my children and in the future, my grand children. Knee and shoulder injuries have impacted my life.

My Program:
For the past few months I have tracked everything that passes through my lips as well as all of my exercise. It is challenging. Right now my goal is 85 minutes of exercise 6-7 days a week, eating 1500-1600 calories a day.

Personal Information:
I am happily married with 3 dogs and between us, 5 children.

Other Information:
My favorite exercises are Pilates, Elliptical, Stationary Bike, Weight Lifting and especially swimming and exercises in the pool. I would love to take long walks with my husband and dogs, but arthritis in both knees has made walks difficult.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you, but I think 1000 points for this month is a great goal - let's do it! I'm back to Sparking effectively, after a long adjustment to being a working woman again. I really love the job, taking small groups of children and helping them with their reading, but it has been more time consuming and exhausting than I had envisioned. Summer is coming and I have the go-ahead to start planting the area that I cleared last summer. What fun!
