Where Are My Abs?

I am on a quest to find my Abs. Where have they gone? What will I have to do to find them? Why did they leave in the first place? All I know is that I will not rest until they are found. I will leave no ounce of adipose tissue unturned, no calorie unchecked! Don't worry Abs, I'm coming for you!

My Goals:
1: Get to 120.
2: Have a better understanding of what my body wants and needs to be healthy.
3:........ Understand and have a personal working definition of "healthy".
4: Once I hit 120, evaluate and create a plan for where I want to do from there.

My Program:
1: Work for at least an hour six days a week.
2: Spend at least 20 minutes outside.... and walking to my car does not count.
3: Keep containers filled with a cooked whole grain, hard boiled eggs and raw vegetable sticks in my fridge at all times for snacking.
4: Have at least one protein shake per week.

Other Information:
I'm 24 and love life. That's why I want to get healthy and understand "healthy"... to experience the most that I can out of life.

Recently an old friend asked me about my dietary choices. After I explained my reasons for not choosing the ranch Dorrito's he was munching on, he gave me an indifferent "You only live once." My response was "Exactly. That's why I wan't to be healthy--because I want my "once" to be as grand as possible."

Have you ever heard of Turbo Jam, P90X or Chalean extreme? They are all fabulous workouts. I can send you some more inform on them if you woudl like?
