My Goals:
My goals: ~ Loose 20 lbs by July 25 ~ Get into a bathing suit ~ Exercise at least 5 days a week ~ Be happy and live life to the fullest!
My Program:
Here's my workout and nutrition program on a regular basis: AM: Get up and do 15 minutes or more of exercises, each day switching from Upper/Mid/Lower body. Then get ready for work. I pack some healthy snacks and eat breakfast. PM: I get out of work between 6 and 6:30 then head to the gym for no less than an hour. Go home, and eat a healthy dinner. I usually hit the gym every day of the week for at least an hour. Yes, my time lacks for other things, but I love going to the gym.
Personal Information:
My name is Shawna and I am originally from Massachusetts. I lived in Florida for 13 years before returning to MA for far too long. I'm back in the south and loving it. I love traveling and site seeing. A road trip to no where, is always fun.
Other Information:
I love to read and enjoy the out doors. Anything out side is something I'll try at least once. My outdoor activities are usually accompanied by my wonderful dog, Bailey. I could fish, ride atv's, mud bogg, etc. all day, but I'm a girl at heart and love to shop as well.
