My Program:
I will lose my last 10 pounds by eating 5 fruits and veggies - drinking 8+ cups of water - exercising 15+ minutes - and recording 3+ things I'm grateful for each & every day.
Personal Information:
I'm proud to live in Madison, Wisconsin. My husband is my one-and-only, and we want to spend many many healthy years together. Our family is my joy, my daughter, two sons, and especially my three grandchildren. I love to read for enjoyment though working-out is beginning to edge ahead of that!
