Staying fit and healthy

I practice Yoga daily, and I instruct a class once a week. I love DVD's and do a lot of my exercising at home. I love to dance so I love Zumba and Yoga Booty Ballet. I Line Dance once night a week.

Hello ! I just wanted to drop by and tell you how much I enjoyed reading your comments on yoga in the Daily Blog. I'm one of those folks who started yoga late in life. I'm grateful I did though. it's had a huge impact on my health and fitness. Things I learned in yoga, I've incorporated into the fitness classes I teach. The breathing exercises alone have been worth their weight in gold.

I agree with your thoughts on Jillian's Yoga DVD. She never struck me as the type of person who'd remotely be interested in yoga. I feel that she's just churning out DVDs to make money, but that's my own opinion.
