LOSIN' IT BEFORE 50

I am a 48 y.o. single woman. I have always been a curvy girl, but ever since a hiking accident 17 years ago I have been seriously packing on the pounds. My mom, grandfather, great-grandmother, uncles and cousin are all Type 2 diabetics diagnosed in their 40s, so I know that if I do not get the weight off I will end up with the same problems. As much as I want to look good, I really want to avoid diabetes.
