I have reduced my food intake to 1500 or below calories. I walk every day possible. Gardening and Stretches are daily!

I am a Culinarian, so food is my life. Getting fit so I can hang around a few more years is important. Herb gardening is my passion, which fits neatly with my cooking - writing - teaching.
