April 14, 2013 Well, I'm back. I'm sorry I've been gone so long. I lost my job in January, and have had a hard time dealing with that, and all the other crap that goes along with it. I have let my diet go... Not good! But I'm back and I'm going to make the rest of the year great! I am still unemployed, but the future is starting to look better. I'm hoping to be working soon. Short term goals for the rest of the year: Log food at least 5 days a week. Work out ...

Short term goals for the rest of the year: Log food at least 5 days a week. Work out at least 10 minutes per day, for at least 5 days a week. I can do this! God bless!!

My Goals:
To work out 5 days per week. To do cardio as well as as weight training. To log food and excercise daily.
My Program:
Restarting small. I will work out, even if it is just a 10 minute walk, at least 5 days per week. I will track my food and blood sugar 5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I come from a small town in northern Michigan. We are not really that far north, but people from the cities of Midland and Saginaw think we are! Our town is Beaverton. Small and quiet!
