Today is June 24, 2013. It is my birthday. I have not been very good a following through with SP, but over the weekend I made a pact with 2 of my sisters, who are also sparkers. We are going to do it. We are going to be successful! Our plan is to check in with each other on a regular basis, and I am committed to it, and so are my sisters. In all reality, I should lose about 75-90 pounds, but my short term goal is to lose 15 pounds by August 31. I think that is reasonable.

My Goals:
To work out 5 days per week.
To do cardio as well as as weight training.
To log food and excercise daily.


My Program:
Restarting small. I will work out, even if it is just a 10 minute walk, at least 5 days per week. I will track my food and blood sugar 5 days a week.



Personal Information:
I come from a small town in northern Michigan. We are not really that far north, but people from the cities of Midland and Saginaw think we are! Our town is Beaverton. Small and quiet!

Just read your status quote! That's spot on. Not only that if your food is a plant, it's good to eat, but if it's made in a plant, don't eat it!
