My Goals:
To work out 5 days per week.
To do cardio as well as as weight training.
To log food and excercise daily.


My Program:
Restarting small. I will work out, even if it is just a 10 minute walk, at least 5 days per week. I will track my food and blood sugar 5 days a week.



Personal Information:
I come from a small town in northern Michigan. We are not really that far north, but people from the cities of Midland and Saginaw think we are! Our town is Beaverton. Small and quiet!

Hola! SORRY! I am working harder at positive food habits than daily tracking, I guess! Dr. Appt tomorrow. Hoping for A1C below 7. I'll let you know. weight below 260. Yay!
