I saw your reply in the thread about positive changes you've seen in your kids since starting your journey. I, too, am trying to be like my kids and only eat when hungry, and eat real portions. I also want my daughter to focus more on being "healthy" than being "skinny" so I've made sure that I tell her I'm exercising so I can be strong and healthy, and the same for why I eat veggies. She's picked it up so quickly and now will workout with me so her heart can be strong. It's great to see what an impact our healthy habits can have on our children.
