My starting weight is 257.8lbs and my BMI is 41.6. My goal weight is 180lbs by December 31st, 2011. So that is a weight loss of 77.8lbs in 14 months and 2 weeks. That is 62 weeks. Which is roughly almost 1lbs/week.
The plan is to eat healthier. Practice portion control. Purposeful daily exercise.
I am 33. I live in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. I am a Christian. I may want to date in my near future so feeling good about myself may come in handy... lol
My career goal is Nutritionist. I would like to work with people who need specialty diets such as gluten free, low sodium, diabetes, lower cholesterol, etc.... I also would like a career in Fitness.
