My Goals:
My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol
My Program:
1) Update my weekly meal plan each week 2) Drink 8 cups of water each day 3) Track my Nutrition each day 4) Do some form of exersise each day 5) Pray
Personal Information:
I was born in Texas. We moved to Oklahoma when I was in the second grade and my Mom is still there. I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
Other Information:
Family is number one for me. Even though I live far from my Mom we watch the Wheel together each night and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.
